Unfiltered. Light, cloudy head with good retention. Aroma of cloves. Proper hefe flavor: mild cloves, banana, maybe a little cinnamon. Slight spicy banana aftertaste. Delicious.
This one's a winner!

Poured a nice looking hazy gold with a fluffy light white head. Smell was a mixture of wheat and cloves. The taste was pretty balanced between banana and cloves, with a tangy wheat background, but there was major flavor packed into this. The cloves really peak but don't completely take over as you get some banana balancing them out. Good beer overall. Though I haven't had a ton of hefe's, I don't know how many have as much flavor packed into them as this. No blandness here.
