Appearance: dark brown in color with a 1/2" head.
Smell: light roasted malt aroma.
Taste: roasted malt, hints of chocolate, a bit of espresso, raisins, and a light earthy bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Smooth and velvety throughout.
Overall: a decent stout that goes down smoothly.

Had the nitro version at the brewery and while it was very good, nothing actually stood out.

32 oz growler poured into a Broken Goblet can-shaped pint glass.
Appearance
Black with 1 finger of loose tan head that dissipates quickly.
Nose
Smoke, cherrywood, roasted barley, and caramel.
Taste
Roasted barley and caramel. Smoked cherrywood and earth. Hints of cocoa nib and the slightest touch of espresso.
Mouthfeel
Medium-light bodied, smooth, airy, and semi-silky.
Overall
Smokier than expected. Smooth and easy drinking.
