This is a very heavy beer with a lot of different flavors from caramel to molasses and I believe a little brown sugar. For being a 13%er it is not the least bit boozy. Can only have 1 or 2 because this beer will knock your d*** in the dirt.

5-6 ounce pour into a wine glass.
L---Rich, brown color with a wonderful, fluffy head with very good retention and tremendous lacing.
S---Lovely dark fruits. Plenty of molasses/brown sugar.
T---Follows the nose. Molasses, brown sugar & dark fruits.
F---Thinner than expected for the high ABV. Smooth though, so there's that.
O---Damn fine effort from a local brewery I've never heard of. I wish I had a sixer instead of one small pour.
