Not the norm for a kolsch. Listed as brewed by Broken Goblet, but mentions of Trauger Brewing as well. This one seemed darker in color and less straw flavored than most. Did have to respect the heartier approach, but will always reach for a IPA or PA prior to this style. Rate this as avg. kolsch fare.
