12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. This beer pours dark with a this wispy head. The smell is an inviting sweet slightly smoky earthy aroma. The mouthfeel is full and smooth with a faint touch of carbonation. A wonderful Porter experience!

Just cracked this open. Love the unfiltered smoky taste. Last time I had something along these lines was the Tuckaleechee Porter from Smoky Mountain Brewery, also from TN. They got it going on in Appalachia with these! I am guessing it has something to do with the brew being unfiltered? I don't come across stouts or porters that taste like this very often. As I stated, these are the only 2. A match made in heaven for me.
