Pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin white head that dissipates quickly leaving a ring around the glass. The nose leads with banana, peach, yeast and a pale malt. A lot of the same attributes come forward in the flavour with a nice yeastiness that actuates the drink without being overpowering like you sometimes get with tripels. There is a earthy hop taste and bitterness on the finish that doesn't seem out of place and balances out the beer quite well. The carbonation is active but light and fits perfectly with medium bodiness of the liquid. A nice beverage and one of teh better ones I've had from this brewery.
