Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with light roasted malt and some nice bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt, light roasted malt with some very nice bourbon notes with vanilla and woody notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation with light warming alcohol notes. Very enjoyable barrel-aged stout thought maybe a tad sweeter then I would have liked.
