Bottle picked up in Longford. A smooth Rye beer which might suit those (like myself) who are not as much into strong Rye beers. Enjoyable and worth trying is you can pick one up.

On-tap at Against The Grain, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high dense off white head that died down and left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of amber and pale malts are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is malty and has hints of fruity yeast and caramel malts, the latter of which becomes a little stronger as the beer warms up. The rye malts contribute slight bits of spiciness and this is most noticeable in the finish.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and smooth on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't nearly as spicy compared to most of the other rye ales I've had and you don't really pick up any of the rye until the finish. The finish was also reminiscent of an Oktoberfest beer.
