Our 5030 Double IPA has a great citrus aroma with floral notes, which compliment a heap of Centennial hops. A large grain bill made up of standard 2 row and Munich malts provides a solid backbone for balance. It’s kind and easy but it’s got a strong character and punch, just like the good friends and neighbors we welcome in our taprooms each day.

12 oz can. Pours clear copper gold with a medium meringue white head that retains fairly well and laces the glass some.
The aroma is subdued - sweet bready caramel malt with some wort.
The flavor is very sweet caramel malt with some green apple and big piney resiny hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, I liked this a lot better on tap, this one has some flaws - worty green apple.
