12 oz can. Pours dark copper red with a medium frothy off white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet crystal and caramel malt with green, grassy, stinky, hops.
The flavor is sweet, slightly nutty, caramel malt with green, grassy, catty hops that are pretty bitter and linger. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, decent red IPA but a bit brash.

L: Amber orange color with a slight haze pours a two-inch thick creamy head with some nice lacing on the side.
S: Toasted bread leads off the nose, with weedy and spicy floral hops. Not a very strong aroma for an IPA.
T: Starts out with some nice orange citrus and leads to a piney bitterness, wrapped in some spicy and floral hops. A very strong slightly harsh bitterness at the end. Nice taste but bitterness needs to be toned down a little bit, it's a little harsh.
F: Medium to full body with a medium carbonation.
O: A good start on an IPA this is a few tweaks away from being a really good IPA. 3.75
