Appearance: Pours a clear yellow body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Aroma of pale malts accented by a soft breadiness. Strong notes of bananas and apples.
Taste: Sweet bready maltiness and the taste of sugar-coated bananas. Finishes with a mild spiciness and fruity, with flavors of both banana and lemon.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Effervescent carbonation. Somewhat warming.
Drinkability: A very Tripel-like beer that's just good enough.

Thanks to hopdog for sharing this 750 mL vintage bottle from 2005...
Appears a hazy, light gold with a small white head that slowly fades into a mild cap and hearty collar. Spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of doughy yeast, citrus, and Summer stone fruit at the produce stand.
Taste echoes the aromas with sweet nectarines up front with doughy bread following.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, citrusy, fruity, with mild spice lingering.
