Our flagship brew! Rich wheat flavor combined with German Hallertau hops and a final dose of coriander makes for an extremely refreshing brew.

Tiki Wheat has a very thick, off-white head and a cloudy, gold appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of wheat bread crust. The flavor is of honey-topped wheat bread and bubblegum. Tiki Wheat has a medium body, a fluffy mouthfeel, and a dry finish.

Had on tap at Galveston Island Bubba Gump
On arrival, 2 fingers of fluffy, foamy white head was present on top of a lightly hazy, golden yellow body. Some decent rings of fine, thick lacing.
Aroma is yeasty in a subtle way, but more so than a witbier or standard American wheat. Very bright and bready.
Flavor is even more malty and bready than the aroma, with a slight, bready sweetness, but overall this is relatively dry. There are some nice notes that remind me of a traditional hefeweizen, especially from the yeast. This is a very malty beer, but I appreciate it greatly as a malt head. Super smooth.
The feel is full, but very balanced with a slight creeping dryness that keeps this surprisingly crisp and easy drinking. This works really well for a January evening on the pair catching the sunset and a sea breeze.
Overall this was a VERY enjoyable American wheat beer, while also being unique. This almost seems to combine all the different styles of wheat beer, but in a smooth and simple, easy drinking way.

Beautiful dark gold/amber, slightly hazy.
Smells of caramel malts, citrus, brown sugar, mineral water.
Minimal head, not much retention.
Tastes of citrus and caramel malt.
Amazing how much better this tastes than Blue Moon.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a tulip glass. Appearance is straight-up orange soda, with no head. Light in body. Floral and vegetal on the nose and palate, very grassy, with notes of overripe tangerine. This is also quite heavy on the coriander spice. The finish is slightly oily and bitter on the palate. My sample had a little age on it, so take this review with a grain of salt. Or a slice of orange.

12 oz. Can poured into ale glass
Look: Cloudy orange color, 2 finger head collapses to one, then thin layer. No lacing to speak of.
Smell: Wheat and orange, nice
Taste: Bready, a little bitter. Aftertaste is a little watered down. Hints of orange not overpowering.
Feel: Heavy carbonation catches you by surprise. Coats the tongue and stays with you after swallowing.
Overall: A good beer experience. I would drink with a light food, maybe baked fish to balance out the citrus and heavier beer overtones. Also a good sipper with some dark chocolate.
Bought this in Galveston because I wanted a local beer and I am not disappointed.

Pours a nice golden orange with a light cream colored head and decent lacing. This has a nice malty smell with slight vegetables and is moderately carbonated. A little on the thin watery side. Sweet malty flavor and very lightly hopped. This isn’t a bad choice for a hot summer day by the pool. Give it a try!
