Lots of brett, white pepper, some tropical fruit and citrus
T: Matches the nose though in a different order with tropical fruit up front (especially papaya and pineapple) then brett, then orange/kaffir lime then white pepper
M: Medium-bodied, a bit spicy and dry finish.
Overall, very nice brett IPA, would enjoy again and recommend a try.

Canned on 11/18/15. A 750ml crowler bought at Princeton's Liquor. Clear copper color with less than one finger of head that settled to a film. Quite a bit of lacing is left on the glass. Being a brett infected IPA the aroma is certainly interesting. A lot of tropical fruit and flowers fills the nose but the funk and barnyard odors lies underneath the hops. The various flavors work well together. The funk blends amazingly well with the tropical fruit hops and slightly sweet caramel malt. Bitterness is on the lower side of moderate that allows all the flavors to play well together. Medium body but a bit undercarbonated that I attribute to the crowler fill.

Appearance: opaque, amber-hued, boasting al long-lasting, pure ivory head.

Aroma: smatterings of citrus and pine, with tropical notes, too, topped off with the heady whiff of Belgian yeast funk-ification. Tart, sour, and twisted. Vinegar and honey, with a healthy helping of fruit.

Taste: The funk comes first, followed quick by bitter hops. It's got the Belgian twist, mixed with the right amount of hoppitude. Medium-bodied, long bittersweet/fruity finish. Delicious.

Served in a snifter, 13 ounce pour.

Arrives with a finger thick creamy, cream colored head with a frothiness. Persists for some time. The body is amber and a tad hazy. 4.5

A bit of fruity funk, peach and apricot swirl around on the nose. A bit of yeasty floralness. 4

A medley of fruits on the tongue, tropical, peachy, citrusy, it all adds up to a treat. Add some floral colorfulness, a hint of spice, and some vanilla and caramel. 4

It's refreshing, smooth and light enough to down several. But it still has a colorful yeast sensation, a bitter element, and some fruity, creamy sweetness. 4.25

Just remember the Sisyphus name. These beers are superb and should become a household name in MPLS.
