Sisyphus The Land Before Time IV: The Feast of Littlefoot, 6.4% ABV.

Clear, bright amber color, pure white head, lasting long and leaving lace.

Beautifully aromatic, bold plenty of pity notes & tropical fruit touches. Little bit of citrus, too.

In the mouth: fresh and zesty, hoppy and delicious. A lightish bodied easy-drinker, a good ol' hoppy pale ale. Lightly hoppy finish. Little bitterness in this one at first, though it grows over time. Yum.
Gets sweeter and creamer , while the bitter increases. I like this one. Good beer, and you can drink it.

Solid IPA. I got a strong malt presence. The sweetness gets into Mosiac/Citra/Galaxy combination and didn't leave me with much for citrus/mango/peach flavors or IPA bite. Very drinkable and great with dinner.

At the brewery, into a snifter, pours a slightly hazy but glowing orange with a 1 finger head, with some decent retention. As advertised, this is hopped with galaxy, mosaic and citra, and that is a heady mix. Sisyphus does hops very well, and this is in line with their other stuff. The nose is the best part of this: sweet and mild passionfruit, some bright springy floral stuff, and hints of juicy gooseberry and blueberry that I associate with Mosaic. Taste and mouthful are solid, but not quite as exciting...everything is kind of there from the start and I don't get a lot of development, though there is a little more grapefruit at the back end, and it does dry out nicely with a little extra bitterness. Malt adds some background, but other than that, just kind of there. Carb is middling, body is the same. Not much hoppy bite or bitterness, though a little on the end. Quite enjoy drinking this all night. Not quite at the level of their best, but still thoroughly enjoyable.
