Cinnamon Roll Imperial Stout. 11.5 % ABV. 80 IBU. Sisyphus Brewing, Minneapolis, MN.
Solid blackness. Creamy brown colored head atop. Looking nice.
In the nose: dark malt, chocolate, espresso. And slowly rolling out, the cinnamon. Little bit of hot, little bit of spice, a whole lot of nice.
In the mouth: All those flavors board the palate with aplomb. Hot, fierce, fiery, but sweet and malty all the way. Lush and tasty. Full-bodied, full-flavors, thick and luxurious. Chocolatey, spicy, whole lot of cinnamon going on.
