Quite tasty! I'm not usually a fan of smoked beers, but this was extremely well balanced. The smokiness was simultaneously bold without being overwhelming, so that overall the flavour was interesting and nuanced. Buttery notes on the finish — not something I usually like but here it worked really well, creating an effect something like a nice smoked Gouda. Smelled great too! Overall, a really interesting and different beer, innovative and well executed.
