This is advertised as a Red Pilsner. Slight haze on the orange brew and lovely creamy foam in the 14 oz shaker. Quite bitter aftertaste for a Pilsner. Grain and grape tastes. Slight malty sweetness with a hint of caramel. Pleasant aroma of cedar and leaf mold. Light and spritzy on the tongue. On tap at Van Dusen Botanical Gardens restaurant.

This crisp pilsner has flavours of honey and bread followed by a dry hoppy bite. Clean and refreshing as a pilsner should be.
