2/2/17 can served at 45-50ish degrees. Big pine with 1st whiff; fruit steps up in the aroma as it warms. Med-thick feel a definite plus. Mango is easy to ID even among boatload of hops. Nice piney bitter on the finish as well. Another W for Burn 'Em.

Purchased and poured after opening day at the taproom in a Michigan City Shelf Ice Pint Glass:
A: IPA color (whatever that is: straw-orange maybe).
S: Fruity/honey sweetness and heavy hop resin. Smells stronger than 8.0 ABV.
T: Bitter hop forward IPA, with the galaxy hops coming through beginning to end, not too mango-y, but more so just an added sweetness to the beer.
M: Resinous lingering flavor.
O: Great IPA from a great little establishment. Sweet, heavy hop hitter drinks like Hopslam's little brother. Good, good stuff.
