Beautiful burnt orange color with with a light tan head. Fruity citrus aromas on the nose, they’re accompanied by a nice biscuity malt note.
Juicy oranges are the dominant flavor on the taste, but the biscuity malt component is also represented. This is a nice midwestern-style IPA that I’d gladly revisit.

Just an overall solid brew. Very smooth with the hops and citrus at the forefront...easy drinker and enjoyable. Really starting to like all of their brews.

Appearance: Pours from the pint can a cloudy golden, with a thin wisp of off-white lace.
Aroma: Tropical and bold citrus notes. Very nice.
Taste: Bold grapefruit, bitter and tangy with notes of tangerine, mango, and pineapple in there. Tropical goodness abounds! Bitterness at finish is fine. A real winner!

Received as an extra in a trade, poured into my Duvel tulip.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a good one finger white head that faded slowly to eave nice side lacing and a good creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of light tropical fruits, caramel malts, pineapple, slight sweetness, faint grassy hops, bit malt forward.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, fair amount of sickly sweet tropical fruit, like old pineapple, along with some bitterness on the end. Just loads n loads of caramel malts though. The sweetness of the malts combined with the other sweet flavours is simply way too over the top.
M - Mouthfeel is weighed down due to the sweetness, light carbonation.
O - Overall this had promise but the malts were just waaay too heavy handed here. Really clashed with the solid hop notes.
