Appearance - The beer was a cloudy yellow color with a big white head.
Smell - The banana hefe notes were present, but you slso get a hint of banana.
Taste - There is acreamy qualty to this hefe that begins with sweet banana. The strawberry notes enter, but they do not overwhelm the hefe. The added fruit notes are well balance. The beer end like a more traditional hefe with the fruit notes fading.
Mouthfeel - This feels like a beer smoothie and there is nothing wrong with that
Overall - This is a great collab with Mikerphone. Do it again!
