A bomber with a bottled on date of 6/24/16 poured in a 12oz. snifter.
Look- Pours a rather flat looking cola brown with barely a trace of off white foam and zero lacing.
Smell- Whiskey, mild smoke and a hint of maple.
Taste- Heavy whiskey, a trace of maple and smoke.
Feel- Thin, under carbed and quite boring.
Overall- This beer is quite the booze bomb even after four months. If you're into bourbon, this is your beer. I'm not tasting much smoke, maple or crazy flavor from the smoked pork chops that were added to the brew. I'm somewhat disappointed, but it's not a total loss.
