Appearance- The appeared the golden of honey with a red tint.
Smell - The nose smelled of fresh strawberries with a honey backbone.
Taste - The beer started out with fresh strawberries that turn slightly sour. There were notes of grape skin and light honey in the background.
Mouthfeel - The beer was smooth with a genuine honey feel.
Overall - The beer was enjoyable with a well asked 11% abv.
