We doubled down on our Opacity recipe, boosting the ABV up to 8.7% and increasing the hop doses to match. A great blend of Citra, Ekuanot, and Amarillo hops really make this juicy, hazy IPA shine. It's a hop bomb full of citrus, stone fruit, and mango.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + copper + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + citrus/tangerine + stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with citrus/tropical/stone fruit hops present in the aroma and flavor.
