A: Pours a clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate dark golden yellow + burnt orange + bright orange + peach + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a couple of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to heavy amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + pine + stone fruit/apricot hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + pine + stone fruit/apricot hops which impart a moderate amount of aggressive bitterness which lingers for quite a while.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly aggressive bitterness in the mouthfeel. Enjoyable with an interesting combination of hop flavors and aromas - some old school West Coast and some new school NEIPA.
