This IPA uses classic West Coast hops - Cascade, Centennial, & Amarillo to create a big grapefruit, pine, and citrus hop character with an assertive, but balanced, bitterness. Crisp, clean, and bursting with hop flavor. Balanced by a subtle malt sweetness to keep it in check.
