Tuscora Pilsner | Canton Brewing Company. Served on tap at the brewery into a pint glass, the head is two fingers thick, with solid lacing, and a medium-light gold body.
Smells like grassier grains and "sourdough bread" malts, at least as I perceive it.
I taste clean, clear malts with just a teeny tiny hop bitterness. Outrageously refreshing.
Medium-light mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
Overall, I'll rate Tuscora Pilsner | Canton Brewing Company with a 4.5

Tuscora Pilsner brewed by Canton Brewing Company, with an ABV of 5.30% This brew pours out a nice golden amber color with a nice white head. Far amount of lacing, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is rich with grains and malts. There is also a nice faint hops at the end. Now for the taste, it is bold with flavors. You first pick up on the grains and malts then the nice bitterness of hops. All around a good drinking brew. It goes down nice and smooth. There is nothing overpowering about this brew. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Clean and Refreshing. Overall I'm giving Tuscora Pilsner a 4.50 out of 5. I would buy this brew again.

I am assuming this was not a Czech pils, but it did not say. I thought it lacked some crispness and grain. Not bad. Not very memorable either. Need some correct glassware for this one.
