Cloudy yellow-tan color. Small head formed with medium sized bubbles, but not enough to form lacing. Moderate flux of small and medium sized bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass and keeping the head slightly more than a skiff across the top.
Slightly sweet mild malt with lightly floral hops. Mild yeasty smell. Just a hint of barnyard. Swirling the glass made the existing scents stronger.
Mildly floral hops, but only medium-light bitters. Mild malt forms a good base. The aftertaste is bitters with a little bit of fading hops.
Super foamy, but with a creamy texture. The foam blocks a bit of the flavor. Medium body.
This is understated for a NEIPA, the bitters have been toned down. While not exactly true to style, it makes a nice change
