Appearance: Hazy pale yellow, very little head.
Nose: Slightly dank with lots of pineapple and mango character.
Mouthfeel: Fizzy like a seltzer. You know how seltzers are really fizzy at first but watery after?
Taste: Pineapple, pine trees, light coconut and mango notes. Hoppy but low/mid bitterness. Extremely light malt. Doesn't stick around.
Rated this 3.75 because I'm a sucker for fruited beers, but I wish it had a little more presence to it. Maybe some more lactose sugars to make it a bit creamier, a bit more coconut to bring the pina colada effect more (I got more pineapple than coconut)
