Notes: Slightly hazy light gold body beneath a short head of white. Given that it's a sour beer the head retention and lacing were actually quite good with thin lacing in craggy rings left after each sip. Aroma of 'acidity', earth, wet straw, and some vegetal character. The flavor adds grainy malt, grassy hops, and some herbal, earthy, and mineralish notes in the dry finish. Moderately bitter but dry due to the acidity. Medium-light in body with a fine-bubbled, gently crisp carbonation. Quite nice overall.
