Clear amber brown looking body with a white ring and trace splotches of lacing. Esters, yeast, flowers and Belgian spices star in the nose with hints of dry earth and toasted caramel. Overripe fruit added, caramel lessened in the taste, an excellent tasting tripel. Feel is malty at first but then the yeast, esters, spices and mild hops come in. Impressive tripel, enjoy best in spring
