On-tap at Brauhaus Brew Labs, Minneapolis, MN
A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head.
S: Light aromas of sweet, bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of green grapes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between Helles Lager and a Kölsch.
Serving type: on-tap

Had on tap. Boy does this go down easy after a long day. Honey and toasted malts, slight caramel, citrus zest and general grains all form together cleanly. Smell is honey and citrus forward with the malt right behind. Little bright and thin, but otherwise prototypical in the body. Nice helles

This beer pours a clear gold with a solid head. The aroma features cracker and raw grain notes, with a hint of very clean, slightly floral hops. The flavor is enormously clean, with just a touch of white bread sweetness, and cracker malts, and a tinge of leafy green flavors. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and soft, with moderate, fuzzy carbonation. Overall, this is a bit too subtle for my taste, especially as it is a bit more full bodied, so it falls short of crisp. Still nice, just not as good as I was hoping from this excellent lager brewer.
