Appearance: Pours a clear, light lemon/yellow color with a strong and crisp white head. SRM of 8. (3.75)
Aroma: Slight aromas upfront of citrus. Followed by strong and bready aromas with some bubblegum and bread spice. (4.00)
Flavor: Faint citrus upfront. Follws with moderate flavors of bread malts, yeast, and bubblegum. Bread lingers on the palate. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to ligher bodied. Full mouthfeel. Smooth, balanced finish (4.25)
Compard to Liftbridge FarmGirl Saison 11/1/21: Pours slightly lighter color. More bread spice, bubblegum. Less Belgian spice and cloves. Less like a saison, more like a hefe.
Overall: A hefeweizen that drinks extremely well. Nice bubblegum yeast and bready malt flavors. Not getting much citrus here. Nice bubblegum yeast and bread flavors though. Not overpowering though and a clean finish that makes you want to reach for another sip. Culminates into a fantastic well-rounded and drinkable beer. (Final Rating: 4.01)

12oz can. Stamped on can bottom is '03/08/2021'.
Diffused, straw colored body. Brief off white head, which devolves into a partial cap. Has a couple of strings of lacing.
Aroma is wheat and cloves, with a hint of banana.
Taste has quite a pop of citrus, then followed by the cloves and hint of banana. Dry like a pencil eraser.
Medium mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
Tastes like a citrus golden ale merged with a hefeweizen. Dry but refreshing. More citrus than hefe flavors.

12oz can - no date - got it for waay cheap
Pours up unimpressive, I like how it tells you how to properly pour on the side. Smell is nothing impressive: been there done that wheat, clove, banana. Muted carbonation, muted flavor; it might've lost something as I'm guessing it's out of date.
A very light hefe, not much flavor, more an introduction to the style or just an alcohol delivery system

Six pack of 12 oz cans for $9.99 so reasonably priced. Label gives instructions for proper pouring of a weizen. Hazy pale golden color with a finger of head. A little bit of lacing is left down the glass. Not much in the aroma but I pick up some wheat and banana. The flavor is not what I would call traditional. Brewer does not claim anything out of the usual so I was surprised by the citrus and fruit flavor. Get past the citrus there is the more traditional hefe flavors of clove and banana. Nice body and carbonation that lends a nice drinking texture.
