Appearance: Pours a completely clear, bronze color with a mild off-white head. Very bronzed. SRM of 17 exactly. (3.75)
Aroma: Mild aromas of toast, brown bread, crust, with some caramel undertones. Not unlike an Oktoberfest on the aroma. (3.25)
Flavor: Flavor follows with more brown bread, toast, mild caramel flavors. Fairly light and clean. Finishes rather dry. Mild Munich spice, earthy, with nearly no bitterness. (3.50)
Feel: Lighter-bodied. Lower carbonation, but matches the body. Finishes clean.
Compared to Schell's Firebrick Vienna Lager 1/21/20: Pours a slightly darker color with a more bronze hue. Lighter aromas and flavors. More brown bread and crust. Less cherry, alcohol, and phenols. Milder overall.
Overall: A lighter-bodied and smooth drinking Vienna Lager. I think it does hit the Vienna Lager style. Nice brown Munich malts of brown bread, crust, and caramel flavors. Pretty simple though. Above the Munich malts there's not much. The body is underwhelming. Some nice earthy flavor with a lighter body. Sort of like a session American Marzen if you will.

This is a dark Mexican lager, as opposed to the style listed on the page. And it excels as a Mexi-lager: it looks great, isn't overly carbonated, has plenty of savory caramel malt flavor here with little to no off-flavors. Very woody and nutty, some tobacco and leather if you dig
A moderately complex beer that is extremely easy to drink. This is the kind of beer I think is revolutionary, keep your 12% triple IPAs and give me a lifetime supply of these
