12oz can. Can bottom is stamped '03/17/2021'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brief off white head, which disappears.
Aroma of sour watermelon.
Taste of tart watermelon, with coriander spice. Light salt.
Some spritz in the medium mouth feel. Good carbonation.
The combination of watermelon and the tartness work with this beer, as there is a little fruit sweetness and some salt.

Pours a beautiful and hazy mellow yellow, smells of watermelon and grapefruit, and has a lightly carbonated mouthfeel. In terms of flavor, there's a hint of watermelon here, but the dominant flavor is citrus, which comes from the presence of coriandor. There's some unwelcome bitterness at the end, and the flavor quickly fades, but this is still one of the best sours I've had; however, I think that's mainly because it tastes like a hazy pale ale hopped with Citra hops.
