12oz can into a pint glass.
L: Pours light gold w a trace of yeast otherwise clear, a 3/4" white soft head that goes to edge foam, decent carbo, no lacing.
S: Lime, grains, light grassiness, a general lager aroma w lightly caramelized malts.
T: Tart lime w some zest, a trace of sea salt, yeast, cereal grains, lightly rich in the center, a sensation of buttered white bread in the finish along with a light hint of caramel apple.
F: Lightly sharp, brisk med-light feel and a soft body. It moves quickly to a surprisingly not too dry finish.
O: Very refreshing and easy drinking. A strutting Gose with flavor & feel layers that are inviting. The central basis of the beer isn't overpowered by lime or sour at only 5 IBU. I would buy this beer again. I like it. It is excellent in it's style.
