12oz can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours med-hazed pineapple yellow gold, fairly clear at base, w a 1" plus tight white head, lots of large and small sediment chunks, an outrageous amt of carbo so much so that it stirs the sediment like a snow globe, random spotty lacing. After 5 min or so sediment settles to bottom and carbo calms a bit.
S: Pineapple, orange, mango, papaya, light honey, a hint of plastic, very light alcohol w warming.
T: Tropical fruits, citrus zest, a hint of bubble gum, sweet caramelized malt, sweetness has depth, a zesty linger and aftertaste.
F: Soft semi-juicy med to med-light bodied w a well-rounded non- drying finish and a med-length linger.
O: A straight ahead hop fwd fruity Hazy IPA with good tastes and feel. Extremely well masked alcohol. Would like to try it on tap. I will pour the next can gently to keep most of the sediment in the can as it is distracting to look at. Overall, it is good in its style.
