We seared over 800 lemon halves over an oak fire grill and then squeezed/filtered out the blackened citrus pulp to condition the beer on. The result is a bright lemon-infused ale with a slight charred smokiness. Brewed for the MN State Fair in collaboration with RC’s BBQ.
