Slovenian-style Pilsner named after the iconic art district in Ljubljana, reflecting the same creative spirit found in our very own Northeast Minneapolis, brewed with a light, biscuity malt profile and 100% Slovenian hops, it showcases Styrian Wolf and Cardinal hops for vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus peel, and floral spice. It's a tribute to artistry, independence, and the unique character of both neighborhoods.

16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom date stamp is off-center but looks to be '8.26.25'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head, and this maintains as a full cap. Leaves behind partial walls of lacing on the non-drinking side of the glass.
Aroma of lemon and orange peel, mango, and a bit of floral.
Taste is earthy and is floral spicy. Flavors of lemon and orange peel, with a background of mango/pineapple. Biscuit malt base. Aftertaste fades but leaves a metallic spice note.
Medium mouthfeel. Prickly in the mouth and on the tongue. Clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Different because of its fruity flavors but spicy similar to other pilsners.
