330ml bottle poured into tulip glass. 27 IBUs. Bottled Dec 2014. Aussie Ale - never sure which category 'australian ales' fall into.
L - orange coloured, clear, thinnish white head that dissipates relatively quickly.
S - Brewed with Galaxy hops, so Im anticipating some tropical fruits. There is a faint passionfruit odour, as well as malts, but its all very subdued.
T - Honey and malts up front . Not much in the middle. Tropical fruits (pineapple and passionfruit) make an appearance along with some bitterness at the back end.
F - low carbonation, medium bodied, slick texture.
O- pretty average - certainly a notch above many of the macro lagers out there, but there is nothing outstanding here. Needs more hops maybe?
