On tap at a South Jersey dive bar after a round of good golf. Standard pint glass pour.
Clean bronze color with a slight tint of reddish highlight. Pepper white cap, 1f, ample lacing.
Some roasted malt aroma leads the way into citrus and earthy pine.
Some grapefruit citrus over the hearty pale malt. Slightly dank.
Sturdy medium bodied brew with a dry hop finish.
Another South Jersey brew true to its origins. At 7% abv, it’s strong as pales go.

On tap at Bonds Tavern in West Orange. Pours a golden, effervescent hue with minimal frothing. Faint aroma replete with hints citrus and grapefruit. Similar overall flavor profile.

Pretty tasty. Nice hoppy aroma. Taste is not quite as good as the smell, but not bad. Mosaic hops. Overall nice pale ale.
