Classic look and smell. Medium carbonation and a bit heavier than other German style Pilsners I have had. You can taste the Saaz but not very pronounced so I am guessing there are other hops in the mix. Seems to get better with every sip, definitely worth a try.

First entry, so I’ll add the brewer’s notes from the can:
A pale but flavorful Pilsner featuring both American and German hops for a unique flavor profile. Find it anywhere, but remember it came from Little egg Harbor, New Jersey.
This is a German-style Pilsner, and it definately checks all of the boxes. Not as clear as the German standard-bearers, however, the color/smell/taste is ALL German Pilsner. The feel, is a little heavier than what I’m used to - and at 5%abv, I couldn’t see putting down more than 3 16oz cans. Highly drinkable nonetheless. Maybe a tad past sessionable. Medium to high carbonation, that really allows the malts/hops to shine. Canned on: May 27th 2025 & dubbed. “Fresh as the Pines”. I have spent a lot of time in the NJ Pines…this would make a great companion. Extremely refreshing! Cheers!
