This is a unique and quite interesting beer. Pours pale gold and thick white head. Moderate retention and good lacing. Aroma has hits of hops with some barnyard funk in the background. The taste really blew me away. This beer packs a lot of flavor for 4.5% abv. Strong malt flavor with a mild bitterness conplemented well with the funky saison yeast. Mouthfeel is solid. Not overly heavy but not too thin like some session IPA. This is a really easy to drink beer with tons of flavor. Great job!
