This barleywine is well aged and will only get better if you hold on to it for a couple of years. It's moderately hopped, relatively dry, smooth, delicious and malty with a sherry finish. Enjoy it whenever you want a special beer for a special time! Best served at 60 or 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
