Really great head on this beer. Fascinating to watch it melt away. Lots of lace. Very juicy nose, peach and malt. Sweet to taste, alcohol shows through a bit. Plenty malt. Big juicy mouthfeel. Sweet, sweet. Kinda heavy on the tongue. Not as much bite as you might expect to get out of a tripel.
Ok, but the sweetness and heaviness makes it labourous drinking.

L: Golden-brown with a slight haze. Head dissipates to leave foam collar with some bubbles remaining in center of glass.
S: Sweet malty smell.
T: Somewhat sweeter taste than I was expecting, although not particularly out of character for a tripel. Lots of floral notes and a dry finish.
F: Sweet and cloying on the tongue. You can feel some of the carbonation come across. Alcohol warmth.
O: Interesting take on a Belgium Tripel. A little on the sweet side for my tastes but overall enjoying this sipper.
