From a 473 mL (16 US oz.) can filled on Jan 16/2026.
Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, with minimal head.
Quite a dominating finish, with a tart aftertaste

From a 473ml can packaged on 13 Jun 2026. poured into a pint glass. A scant one finger bubbly white head on a foggy straw. the head rapidly diminished to a persistent thin layer. Lots of lacing.
Some fruit in the nose. The taste is biscuity malts up front. moderately sweet but gives way to a drier, almost imperceptibly bitter finish.
Overall a fine Blonde Ale. True to the style. Well balanced and well worth a try.

Brewed in support of Guelph Black Heritage Society. The is a nice blonde ale that looks great in my glass. Straw coloured with a nice head and lacing. The taste is slightly hoppy and biscuity. This is a prime example of what a blonde ale should be. As a side note: blonde ales are not my favourite style
