can from the LCBO...pours a clear gold color in the glass with a 2-finger white cap....demure aroma of fresh baked bread with floral and light fruity notes...has a well rounded balanced character....flavor profile has malts and woodsy-hpls in balance with light fruity phenol undertones...soft mouth feel, goes dry and bitter in the finish...a well conditioned soft cream ale with a paraphile not unlike a Kolsch

Poured from a 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger fine white head on a clear straw. The head diminishes to a thin layer. Some fine lacing.
Slightly floral smell.
Malty, with a mild hop finish.
Medium body and carbonation.
Well balanced.
