Well first off this is the best beer bar in Ermita, that I've been to. Perhaps the only beer bar that serves anything other than San Miguel or cheap American piss water. You can get that here too however if that's your thing. I think they serve some craft bottles and European beers as well (not exactly sure).
The atmosphere is not the best. Pretty much old dudes and bar girls hanging around drinking cheap drinks and listening to shitty pop music. So go there alone with a sense of humor or with a friend who has a sense of humor as well.
The only reason I come here is that they have craft beers brewed in the Philippines. They may not be considered "world class," but they are pretty tasty. They have a couple IPAs and a dark ale called Black Bitch which is usually what I drink.
Trying to find good beer in the Philippines isn't easy, so if you're in Manila and have a hankering for a good brew this place is worth a try.
