Purchased on-tap at the bar at the brewery for $5.07. Poured into a plastic cup, per their COVID regulations. Writing this review here from notes I wrote on a napkin from it two days ago.
L - Light bronze and a bit cloudy. Two-finger frothy pale white head. Laces well.
S - Cereal grain and toasted biscuit. A bit of a metallic scent.
T - Toasted Wonderbread. Extremely faint hints of clove. Mineral finish.
F - Refreshing. Medium carbonation with a medium body. Very drinkable.
O - If this were in a can marketed as a macrobrew that was to be slammed at a tailgating event, I would probably look at this in a different light. As a hefe in a nanobrewery, the bar is set slightly higher. What it seriously lacks in flavor and aroma is made up for in its drinkability. I don't plan on getting this again, but I see why the locals enjoy it.

Had this poured from the tap and served in a plastic cup. Touted as a Bavarian style Hefeweizen. Pale straw colored beer, slightly cloudy, with a thin head. Not much aroma coming off of it. Simple flavor though I couldn't place it. Clean finish that ended quickly. Not a stand out beer but one that you could easily have several of in a session.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
