June Lake Brewing

The Eastern Sierra is my summer playground and this is my favorite hang out. Solid variety of beers on tap, super awesome staff, and good size patio to hang out on. Ohana's 395 Hawaiian food truck in the parking lot makes it even better. (Get there early, they sell out.) I always swing by for a crowler before a backpacking trip, or for a pint after a hike.

 

It has become a hotspot in the town. 3 years ago I was the only person in the brewery. three weeks ago over 100 people jammed the brewery. There is a great little food truck Ohanas just outside that adds to the atmosphere. Great views, great beers, great food, great atmosphere.

Located in the center of town, but on the backside of the general store (so the brewery isnt visible from the main road coming in). The vibe is chill and is a mixture of the locals and campers who visit the area. The service is quick and friendly and inside there's a chalkboard, albeit a bit confusing that shows the various in-house offerings. There's a relatively solid array of choices, though the beer still needs some improving.
