this place is great, a cool nebraska vibe inside, sort of rustic and interesting in the layout, sort of an antique meets new feel to it, a right angle bar with plenty of seating and a decent sized dining room. they had something like ten beers pouring, a few of which were quite interesting, some experimental sours, a barrel aged baltic porter, all kinds of goodies i didnt expect to find in lincoln. for all the crazy ones they do, the farm boy cream ale was one of their best, but that baltic porter in whiskey barrels was next level too. service was friendly and prompt, quite knowledgeable, and a joy to spend time with really. we played some darts, chatted with locals, enjoyed a generous cheese plate, and had a really nice time overall. i also saw some prestigious brewing medals on the walls in here, it looks like this little brewery is quite well decorated for how new and how remote they are. i am surprised they dont have higher ratings on here, this place offers an experience quite apart from the generic taproom experience across america. i had a great time here and would love to go back for some of the heavier food. well worth swinging into if you are in the area.

By far the best atmosphere I've experienced so far for the enjoyment of drinking craft beer in Lincoln. The sign on the sidewalk in front of the establishment states "Fresh Craft Beer" and they aren't kidding. The beer is green, a bit too green. Strangely I enjoyed their cream ale the most of the four beers in my flight, and that's coming from a Belgian beer snob. If the beers were allowed to condition more I would stop by more often.

An awesome brewery in LNK. Food is sourced locally and they strive to work with local farmers and purveyors of local sustainable foods.
Beers, the Percheron ipa is fantastic. They typically have 4-6 of their own beers on tap, and 2-3 craft options from across the country
All good and all craft. A great family friendly place to check out.

The beer is amazing. Lots of choices always fresh. The vibe is cool. The interior is warm and inviting. Walls are made from a reclaimed Nebraska barn. Food is unique and delicious. Ploughshare was voted Best New Restaurant in 2014 Everything is from scratch and ingredients are sourced from local NE based producers and farmers They make their own sausage in house.
